PARALLAX is a self-reflection tool. It uses AI to synthesize a portrait of your behavioral patterns, cognitive style, core motivations, and relational dynamics based on your responses to a set of reflective questions and your birth data.

PARALLAX is designed to help you understand yourself more clearly. It is not therapy. It is not a medical device. It is not a clinical assessment of any kind.

PARALLAX is not a substitute for professional mental health care. The insights PARALLAX provides are reflective tools - they are not diagnoses, clinical evaluations, or medical conclusions.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@aspectly.app.

You must be at least 18 years old to use PARALLAX. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

By using PARALLAX, you agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from PARALLAX
• Access PARALLAX through automated means other than the standard interface
• Attempt to reverse-engineer PARALLAX's synthesis logic or proprietary systems
• Misrepresent your identity or create accounts on behalf of others without permission
• Use PARALLAX in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

The PARALLAX profile synthesis engine, question design, dimension mapping, and underlying methodology are proprietary and constitute trade secrets owned by PARALLAX. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from these systems.

Your personal data - your responses, your profile, your account information - belongs to you. PARALLAX claims no ownership over your personal content. You may export or delete your data at any time.

PARALLAX provides reflective insights on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PARALLAX and its operators disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

PARALLAX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of PARALLAX shall not exceed the amount you have paid to PARALLAX in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of PARALLAX after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may delete your account before they take effect.
